It's always a mystery to me how somebody like Tony Knowles runs as a democrat. Juneau was a hotbed of liberals. The conservatives there were bitter about it. The schools show what happens when free money comes too fast. Sculptures, massive entry gates, useless stuff. The roof still leaked on the newest gradeschool. Have you see the world record moose at the Northern Lights Hotel? It's the biggest hoofed animal I've every seen. Hard to believe.
