Here was what you posted:

Criteria:
• Advanced technology node – 90nm
for wireless apps, 65nm node for other
• Advanced process – SS, SiGe,
SOI, SSOI
• Transistor characteristics – leakage,
current drive

So, the first two look like binary requirements-- either you fulfill them, and can compete, or you don't.

That left the third one. Are there more that you didn't post?
