When people ask me aabout my passion in life which sadly is trading over running a busines I have taken in 2003 for 250k a year to $2 MM a year, I simply tell them this is glorified gambling.

When I played the tables almost daily I was embarrased even when I won money on a regular basis playing Blackjack. Ironically I dont play much of that online. BUT with Trading - I dont have people staring at me BUT yet IT is gambling and noone should ever try and make it anything different.

Even if you are trading MSFT at $100k a trade for a nickel scalp - ITS STILL gambling. None of this is investing unless you have a fully diversified PF or large cap equities, bonds etc.

and really how many of us donkeys have that.

as it turns out my retirement funds are 100% mutual funds - hey thats what they are good at -
