That's an outrage you say, well the US Senate RPC (United States Senate, Republican Policy Committee) published it August 3, 2006. I doubt you even went to pdf page 28 of 73. You probably didnt even open the pdf because you posted: "Couldn't quite make that out from the PDF." If you had opened it, you'd have known where the publication was from and who you should be taking your issues up with what you claim is libel of astounding proportions. Read the header on pdf page 28: "Status of Court Proceedings in Terrorist related cases" scroll down to "Terrorist Financing Cases" you'll see the catagory starts with: Derrick Cleveland and Robert Hansen pled guilty in 2004 RICO conspiracy, insider trading and conspiracies involving securities fraud and obstuction of justice in regards to foreknowledge of 9/11 Amr Elgindy guilty: 135 months in prison**24-Jan-05 racketeering, securities fraud and extortion in regards to foreknowledge of 9/11 Jeffrey Royer guilty and awaiting sentencing 24-Jan-05 racketeering, securities fraud, obstruction of justice and witness tampering in regards to foreknowledge of 9/11 Lynn Wingate pled guilty 24-Jan-05 obstruction of justice charge with regards to Elgindy case Troy Peters awaiting trial RICO conspiracy, insider trading and conspiracies involving securities fraud and obstruction of justice in regards to foreknowledge of 9/11 there are more names listed in the catagory.
