LOL....Shorty, you crack me up. All the posting on this thread from the regular conservative BushBase (small as it has become) has been about the bad democrats...evil, evil. Clinton, Webb, Pelosi, you name it... The nomineee for Secretary of Defense was approved today by a 21-0 vote in committee. He will be confirmed probably 100-0 or thereabouts... Everyone is reaching for a new direction and a new approach to the problems And how do you respond to this bi-partisanship? Blame the democrats for finding the President's nominee qualified and straight spoken. Huh? Are you sure it isn't you and the BushBase who are out of touch with what most people are trying to achieve? I think the "groupthink" you refer to (at least on this thread) is the BushBase, still in denial....

AIN'T THAT THE DAMNED TRUTH! Listening to all of the talking heads, it is apparent that America has LOST the war...after all, the libbers that are taking America into hell are convinced of it and have ben helping the terrorists to realize their dreams, the media has been fostering this attitude that America is a loser, and now even some of the weak Republicans are only looking out for their positions by scurrying around waiting to sneak under Pelosi's dress to hide. You know the only ones that are convinced of what they are doing??? THE SOLDIERS IN THE FIELD!!!! Even the ultra libber Corszine admits that the SOLDIERS believe in what they are doing in Iraq, and that the GENERALS have NOT asked for more troops to get the job done.....but I mean after all....Tim Russert, Hussein Obama, and George Soros all know much more than the troops on the ground......right?
