I remember that too. In a former life, I was a part time realtor for two years and my wife was full time for three years. Our worst nightmares were pot farms and ferret pets. Never thought about murder at all.

Yes, just a couple of doors down. I really felt sorry for the lady of the house. She was still living in the home and trying to sell while her husband was in Alaska making boocoo bucks. She was told there would be a showing, so went shopping to while the time away. When she returned, she found the guy in the master bath hacked do death........blood everywhere. A very nice Christian family moved in about a yr later. 4 little kids. We call it the murder house.
