Point well made! That's also what got him fired...But, I'm still forgiving, and hope this pinky grows wings!

Creede, The loop you've suggested as unfair appears to me a device to buy Sulja management time - not to establish a perfect set of financial numbers but to present better, more full numbers.

Apparently the Big 4 International accounting firm/s that's been working months on the financials was not able to report enough profits to come even close to the 'in house' financials that WERE displayed to investors. If this is correct it would explain why the A/Fs were completed and (apparently) 'stamped' but never shown to investors.

In my opinion Sulja management has been in an 'over drive' mode since receiving these audited financials and has set forth trying to retrieve assets and close deals to fill their coffers before having another (Toronto) firm conduct another more suitable audited financial statement.
