the only thing i've ever read on its performance has been some statements from groo who, iirc, never saw it himself rather took the word of someone else.

i've never seen an actual review. i've been following their driver updates and the latest for winxp is as of 10/06/2006 and claims to fix a lot of things. i've not seen any vista specific drivers posted. i'd hesistate to claim anything on vista until proper drivers are shipped and that is where dx10 is relevant.

i don't think anyone buys integrated graphics to play games. i'm more interested in pure desktop performance. perhaps that's why none of the review sites bother. they only seem to care about fps in first person shooters.

i recently ordered a c2d system that will have the g965 in it but won't be functioning since it doesn't come with a dvi-d connector. i had to get an ati x1300 aic to provide that capability to run the 24" wfp display. expected ship date 12/7/06. i might take out the ati card just to see how the integrated graphics performs via vga anyway until the wife makes me stop... the computer is for her.

edit: i just found that intel has released vista drivers as of 11/3/06.
