... relative to the region and globally, HK real estate normally trades at a premium. No substantive premium exists now, and maybe should; either NYC, Tokyo, and London should fall, or HK should rise.

I did just pony up for another club deal focused on Japan, greater China including HK and Macau. If I were in the mood to buy stocks now, I would buy finance.yahoo.com , because they have a lot of waste to cut and efficiencies to realize.
