Hollywood and the MSM portray Christians as heartless bigots all the time. I have never seen a TV show come out with a consistent anti-Christian message as much as the new "Studio 60 Sunset Strip." To the point that the "message" interferes with the plot line. Just too didactic for me.

I saw that very program last night. There is a very concerted effort in that show and others that I like (such as Law and Order) to disparage home schooling and Christians. I'm not a regular church goer and I'm ambivalent about home schooling, but it's clear that the MSM is hostile to both, and that bothers me. I like Boston Legal because it exaggerates a lot of behavior in the legal field so we can see it. Otherwise we might not be aware of it. But it's there. I remember as a kid I saw a man in a suit sliding down the wall outside my father's office. I ran in to get help, and Dad says, "Oh, that's just D___ P___ (for some reason I still remember the man's name). He's an alcoholic. He's a lawyer." I like the end of Boston Legal programs where Spader and Captain Kirk smoke a cigar and discuss the events of the day. That's something that everybody should do (at least, the latter with out the cigars).
