The goal is to make sure that no one is separate in America.

This has always been a libertarian issue. And goes to the "public/private" issue. If you have a public facility, all must be treated the same. That is why the feminists have been able to push mixed bathrooms. Which they won't use if they get them.

Newt Gingrich recently got into the new "free speech" problem we have, and the solution to it. Very controversial. His point is that we can't have people issuing "Fatwas" to kill others. It's criminal when you do.

If Muslim women want to be separated from men when they swim, let them build their own pool.

You may be overreacting to this. Muslim women have used pools in my area without inconveniencing anyone else. They just rent the pool during off hours. While I find the whole clothing thing a bit much, I don't see any harm in the practice. If the demanded prime time and limited the access of regular patrons, that would be another matter.

There was an article about it in the newspaper a couple of years ago. Oddly, the article said that they still cover their arms and legs, even among themselves.

Great idea! Public buildings are just that....public...for everyone!
