General Wes Clark Set To Enter Race (with new book and tour) blogs.abcnews.com As Obama just proved, the book tour is the best way to get free media attention and milk your announcemnt. Kerry and his wife are also busy writing a book which will come out in about six months. McCain originally catapulted himself into the spotlight with a book tour. IMHO Wes Clark is really running for VP, and would make a great one. I wish Kerry had picked him in 2004. He could have covered JK's back from the atrocious lies of the smearvets.
