Actually, as some other may have already pointed out, the way the homies trade correlates well with the 10 and 30 year treasuries. The perception is that interest rates will cure all.

The only thing that "changed" at GM was Captain Kirk buying huge blocks of stock and bullhorning it to anyone who would listen. Now he's gone and their fundamentals still suck....and the stock has started to reflect it. The rally in homies has simply been about jamming shorts, no different than what happened in LEND this time last year. The outcome will be the same. I have 3 small medium homie positions currently, but will be adding after New Year's for sure.
