Here's my portfolio with reasoning - each 14.3%. In the odd case that I win this year, rather than pull another Poulidor (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raymond_Poulidor), my charity is still Books for Africa. I pledge $100 to the winner.

Not much change from last year. I'm extremely bearish on markets in general - I think a basket of puts is a far better buy than this portfolio, with possible exception of Biomarin. But here goes:

BMRN (matter of time before they are bought out)
DYAX (market undervaluing platform?)
NKTR (ease of compliance lottery ticket)
GPCB (like management)
AVNC (pure lottery ticket entertainment value)
MEDX (pipeline undervalued?)
MDCO (still hiring in NJ)

-Rob Cyran (aka fatty mcknuckles before I forgot that password)

(For those curious about why I want my charity portfolio to be in cash until Aug 1 and then invested after that, see this Saturday's WSJ for explanation.)
