Slan, It is the road from AZ to Vegas, by way of the Hoover Dam. I got nailed for speeding there in the early 90's and the officer told me, "ZERO tolerance for speeding", while he pointed to the dozen or so crosses visible from where he pulled me over. And then he said, "and we don't even put them up anymore". Anyway, I got a nice shirt that said, "I survived Highway 93", and it gave me an excuse to fly to Vegas and go to Kingman for a driver safety course and avoid the points. And as a little side note, Kingman is on this road and that is where Timothy McVie was hiding out after he blew up the Federal building. GT TH
