<<<guys like zonkie that think the repub's are all dirt>>>

I don't think all repugs are dirt, only the ones who still support junior. I think even the most devout repug can see by now what a disaster he has been for our country. If they still refuse to admit that he is an incompetent president they deserve to be considered dirt in my book.

As far as whether one party is more corrupt than the other I agree there have been members of both parties who have been corrupt in the past but I think it has a lot to do with things like how long the party in power has had that power. The current repug power streak has lasted almost since the gingrich takeover in 94. Before that the dems were probably more corrupt while they held power but nothing near the level of corruption the repugs have attained in a short 12 years. If you will examine which party has had the most congressional members who have been forced to resign and those which are under investigation there is no way you can refute that the repugs have cornered the market on corruption for the moment. This doesn't even take into consideration that we are entering a period of oversight which has been almost non-existent since junior was first appointed in 2000.
