I do think Gore shouldn't have allowed W to be Pres without a fight but that is what he is referring to when he was talking.

What would have been best for this world is NEVER to have suffered through this man's Presidency.

Gore and Kerry both should have fought harder. This country couldn't be more divided than we already are or were over Iraq.
