Creede, the more you harp on the disclaimer, the more you show your ignornace, imo. You seem to be the only person I have ever met on any message board that thinks there is something 'unique' and that very few companies use a 'riley worded' disclaimer. Wake up for g-ds sake. ALL micros use very detailed and 'riley worded' save our butt, disclaimers that all basically say the same thing. You are truly very naive if you are not aware of this. You keep harping on SLJB's disclaimer thinking it is somehow wrongly worded and unique only to sljb, when the FACT is, ALL MICROS use such a disclaimer. Read your favorite, cant lose stock's disclaimer...it is NO DIFFERENT then most every micros disclaimer. It is RILEY worded and basically says the same as every other micro....we wont guarantee anything...if we get a hangnail, it may put us out of biz....nothing we say now is guaranteed and if anything changes we will not say a word. And all the words you hate and compalin about seeing them in sljb's disclaimer are littered in LBWRS as well..we MAY....we ASSUME.....we CANT..... Will somebody PLEASE get it thru creeds head that ALL MICROS USE a 'save my butt disclaimer'!!! Although he can read for himself, he still is in denial over this. I have heard many use the statement...your scam is not ok, but my scam is....IMO, this applies to what creede is saying.....It is NOT OK for sljb ( or anybody) to use such a disclaimer but it IS OK for his favorite company to use the same 'cover my butt' disclaimer he complains is wrong for a company to use...so it is OK for YOUR company to use such a disclaimer, but not others???? <<Another thing is change the wording on the disclaimer. Have you seen it? >>
