At least with the ISG report, there will be no more excuses for partisanship in our FP in the Mid-East.

I don't see how it makes much of a difference. From a certain perspective there was no good excuses for partisanship even before, but if excuses were accepted before I don't see why they won't be after the ISG report. There certainly are people who disagree with the report. Its not like its some definitive perfect answer.
