with all the free time you have to knock this stock no wonder its going down.You should sell .Management could probably go over 25% control of company. By the way have you found me an investment with resources and advanced to permitting where the management owns this much.I need your help to find a similar situation.I do know of lots of companies that hold less than 1/10th of 1% who have jets, and all the bells and whistles and loose $$$$$
