Interesting..very little info on this one..I'll dig a little bit..I can't sleep if I do a light treatment later in the day.

I've been using this for the first time..http://www.apollolight.com/golite.html Much easier on the eyes, much smaller and lighter than the older klunky ones..spend 20minutes usually versus 30-45..I've been too cheap to try the negative ion approach..maybe next year..

Rosenthal is not doing much light stuff..he's doing more pharmacologic now in depression and other mental issues..an interesting relationship as his light therapy colleagues are usually butting heads with the BP folk..and dogma..
