Where does "Tall Order" fit into that equation? It was always synononomus with unreachable or "nearly" impossiable... I "Guess" we should we take that out of context to remain optimistic...

Creede.....we are beating a dead horse here...lets just agree to disagree and move on....you still want to keep comparing LBWRS disclaimer and claiming it is different and not worded like most others when the fact is, there is no differance in LBWR's disclaimer then most other disclaimers. LBWR clearly uses ALL of the words you claim show a company is being deceptive or not truthful. LBWR's Disclaimer says the same thing as all of them....uses the same words you dont like and implies the exact same things you dont like.......I have read LBWR's disclaimer more times then I can count and how you can claim it is different or more legit then other disclaimers is beyond me and if you cant see the very obvious and wish to live in denial and keep beating this dead horse, then I will simply say YOU WIN and GOOD LUCK....I do not see any reason to continue this fruitless discussion. You go ahead and read whatever disclaimer you want and think whatever you want and best of luck to you and yours for a happy, healthy and prosperous new year........Keith
