Once again you categorically fail to support your contention that we are headed for a Japan style deflation. Japan did not go into deflation 'despite' their huge cash position as you contend. Japan went into deflation in part because of their huge cash position. You have never once drawn anything like a parallel between the US and Japan and yet you continue to pretend that you have.

'That is REALITY' You want reality. You and your merry band of end of the world doom and gloomers deflation hawkers out there have been so wrong for so long it is beyond pathetic by now. The gang that couldn't ever shoot straight even got it's inverted yield curve and plunge in long term treasury yields. Thank god there are folks like GST and Mike Johnson who shed a nice dose of the real world. Yea sure now we have hundreds of thousands of illegal Latinos working construction under the table losing jobs left and right. Or newly minted real estate agents who had a couple of good years now going back to work the temp pool again. I'm personally shocked unemployment rates in Florida are at 3% now one year into the bust but again shows the magnitude and extent to which you were dead wrong.. I'm sure after the stock market drops a couple of thousand points you'll be proclaiming victory<g>
