You may mean something like "under our jurisprudence system a person is assumed to be innocent until proven guilty." Actually it is a man is presumed innocent until proven guilty. The difference is huge. In france a man must prove his innocence, in America the State must prove guilt. So by your own admission you have no respect for the United States, it's laws or it's constitution. All American Law is based on "The presumption of Innocence." Of course the Liberal media has sacrificed any respect for the Presumption of Innocence, in order to sell airtime. I have an opinion about the UN. The UN has been heavily supportive of Islamic Terrorism. The UN is part of the problem, not the solution.
