Intel has stated publicly that their yields are "world class" on 65nm. Seeing as no one else that we know of is shipping 65nm processors it would be self evident that they are the best, and the worst for that matter.

TI, TSMC, and UMC are all shipping 65nm and have been for some time AFAIK. I doubt any reliable yield data is public from them, so Intel will no doubt get a pass on what "world class" on 65nm actually means. I take it as PR BS, i.e. make what you want of it.
