My ~125mm^2 is not a guess.

Furthermore, you have some elementary math issues to deal with.

1. 1/3 is not 30%, but ~33%

2. even if it were, .3 * 130 = 39. 130 - 39 = 91, not 100. With the correct approximation, .33 * 130 = ~43. 130 - 43 = 87.

If you can't even get basic arithmetic right, I can understand your earlier confusion.

Finally, if the die size were at all flattering, AMD would be crowing about it, not hiding it. And, as I say, it is not flattering, but disturbing.
