I sincerely wish there was a lot less of that kind of view not only here, but across all 'net boards and when its generalized, much of life itself... sigh... and it is what it is, welcome to Earth and the human and sub human condition. At least this board has more signal to noise ratio than most.

Wow. Great. Now if only buying small cap gold stocks fit into the "bearish" prognostication camp, your post would have merit. That is the ultimate bull trade because it's based on inflation/liquidity argument I have been trying to explain to your buddy. Those will be the first stocks to crater when the bear market arrives, which is not for a while, so keep on chugging, you have my blessing. As for your homebuilders trade, please provide me a time stamped link because I could have sworn I've seen you griping and bitching with all the other permabears during the recent rally.
