i think it's a self preservation thing. some people who post here seem to think that intc will be around $23 01/07, $25 04/07 and $28 07/07 and if they can convince some joe shmuck here that, they'd probably feel better about their own convictions. it maybe true that amd won't break any new ground given the state of 65nm and barcelona demos in 07 but what it has is plenty to keep a lid on intc. i don't see how intc will go anywhere in 07 and i think the current amd/intc ratio will stay the same if not get larger. of course i could be wrong, it's been know to happen but i still don't see how intc will improve %30 in the next 8 months.
