All 53% of those polled said is that if he did wiretap americans without a judges approval they would consider impeachment. Ya know, when I think about it right now, it would not surprise me if that number stayed the about the same if they did ask the question the right way.

You know what they say about never saying never. It would take a lot for the dems to topple bush. He is one tough bastard and very hard to bring down. But it can happen. If they nail people for fraud in Katrina and they have close ties to bush (cronism), that can hurt him and prepare the way for more. He is already turning over plenty of people and people don't like to be the last on a ship, even the voting public. And I doubt he is going to get off Scott free on iraq unless it gets very peaceful over there. It would take a lot, especially in less than two years. But it can happen.
