TWY,

Or, it could be much lower yields on CWM and CedarMill. LIke 45% and 64%.

It could also be the reason why Intel is afraid to produce native quad core chips. What would be the yield on those?

Joe

So, you claim all P4s are coming out of inventory? No P4s are being produced at all in Q4?

You really need to stop putting words in my mouth. From now on I expect you to quote me directly and respond to what I say, not what you want me to say.

Much as you'd like me too, I'm not going to get into discussing fab loading or Intel's product mix. There seems to be a consensus that Intel has P4 inventory so what would you be selling into the low end? CMW or P4 as long as there is inventory? This shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

As for the rest of your post, you're just falling back into the same nonsense about 65nm fabs being in full production. You have no data to support that and I'm not going to waste any more time arguing with you about it. No data, no discussion.

Come back when you have data from an independent source to support your claims.

Sounds to me you are proposing the mother of all inventory screwups. Build multi millions more P4's than you can possibly sell and keep tons of capacity idle that could produce a much more desirable product line.

Isn't that what everybody here's been saying. Go argue with them.
