"evidence required is not there" required by whom and for what purpose? I'm curious, do you work for the government? And I think that you mean enough evidence to support a conclusion. There is a lot of evidence. There has never been any evidence that the FDA should be required to regulate this herb, marijuana. It was commonly used in the US before the FDA existed.
