oh, come on joseph; you know better than that. phud made no such claim. he was just inferring that overbuilt capacity from publicly available information. anyway it's his opinion that intel did so, nothing more. with our beloved phug, it's either an opinion, intuition, suggestion or anything but something he has to stand behind. it's everyone else who has to prove every single line in their posts by notary public certified affidavits. otherwise god forbid, phud may choose to disbelieve one making one a liar in his opinion.
