For AMD:
1) On track for 2+ quarters in a row of quarterly net profits of at least $175 million Q1/Q2 and $250 million Q3/Q4.
2) K8L outperforming all Intel 65-nm parts and no unexpected K8L delays.
3) No quarterly x86 market share loss in Q4 06 or all of 2007.

For Intel:
1) On track for 2+ quarters in a row of quarterly net profits of at least $1.4 billion Q1/Q2 and $1.8 billion Q3/Q4.
2) On track to take at least a token amount of x86 market share away from AMD for at least two quarters in a row.
3) On track for 45-nm launch with retail availability no later than Q4 2007 and overall performance lead over K8L.
