That was just something I'd heard and the Inhoff (sp?) hearing. Evidently, Inhoff is a Senator who chaired a major climate change committee in Washington. Anyway, he's being replaced and the consensus was that people are glad he's gone, because he'd dredge of little known scientists to talk about how global warming is a hoax when most scientists are publishing papers that add dramatically to the probability that the recent global warming trend is a human caused event.

This was an NPR news snippet that I heard. Anyway, if I find something that breaks out percentages of scientists that think one way or another, I'll post it, but I haven't seen anything just yet.
