So far these are the Dems almost definitely running:

Kerry, Edwards, Biden, Richardson, Vilsack, Bayh

Warner and Feingold are out

Hillary, Obama and Gore all might run, or none of them might run.

Clark and Dodd might also run.

On Obama, one thing to remember is that he knows time is on his side. He can either hope for a VP selection, or he can wait for future races. There is no hurry for him. For Hillary and Gore this may be their last chance, but the word I've heard is that Hillary is smart enough to know she can't win in the end, so why run? Why not stay where she is and be a powerhouse senator?

Since I don't believe Gore will run, this is why I predict that nine months from now it may look strangely similar to 2004's race. Unless Obama runs, then everything changes.
