AMD doesn't have any CPU design teams in India AFAIK.

There was a project in India - Whitefiled that Intel cancelled according to the inquirer a few years ago, not AMD.
I think he's (the original poster) joking myself.

AMD did start a shop in india but I don't remember if it was design or not though.
