No one has made radical Islam more menacing than Bush-Cheney and the American far right. More has anyone weakened us militarily as much. In fact with Bush in charge, who needs enemies? Simple bad judgement and dishonesty is enough to defeat us in battle. In case you hadn't noticed, since Bush came into power, almost every single Islamic hotspot is more dangerous than before, especially Iraq, Iran, Lebanon and Palestine. This is not a coincidence. This is a result of totally wrong-headed arrogance and dishonesty. Even the Roman Ceasars and Alexander the Great could not win wars that were planned poorly and lacked moral justification. The one just war Bush started to win in Afghanistan, he prematurely pulled out of after letting the main bad guys go. Also, Kerry's botched joke was dead-on. At least the correct version, that is if Bush studied a little more history he wouldn't have gotten us bogged down in a quagmire. And he would have know that by acting the way he did he played right into the terrorists' hands. The correct way to battle terrorism is to pull all the rugs out from under them so they have no place to hide and no support anywhere. Instead, Bush gave them more support that they could have possibly hoped for. Remember after 9-11 even Iran was supporting us against Al Qaida. Boy did Bush blow that. If I were you I'd be furious with Bush, and all the rightwing propaganda BA artists who pimped for him and echoed his lies.
