"and Intel pleaded no contest."

I think everyone knows this is a false statement. Do you have any evidence this is not a false statement ?

It has been demonstrated by Japanese administrative body, and Intel pleaded no contest.

This is not correct. It was alleged by the JFTC. Intel chose not to bother contesting it. It has not been demonstrated in any Court of Law or administrative body.

Meanwhile it is AMD who is involved in a criminal investigation.

How ironic! The one who whines and squeels the most is itself under the spotlight for involvement in possible criminal activity!!
