Japan's FTC investigated Intel's business practices and issued a ruling. You're wriggling.

A ruling is akin to an opinion. It is not a conviction. Had Intel declined to accept the recommendations it would have gone to Japanese Court. The JFTC would have argued their side and Intel would have presented their defense. None of that happened.

Actually, Intel is involved in several anti-trust investigations. Germany/EU, South Korea...

Yes they are. AMD is being investigated right here in the USA.
