Fines would be the result of a criminal proceeding. Price fixing is a felony under the Sherman act which is punishable by jail and up to $10 million per infraction. However I know of no instance in which a company faced criminal indictment for actions of an independent firm which it acquired. Unless the sanctioned collusive activities continued under AMDs ownership, I can't see how they can be prosecuted for them. (By the way companies can be the subject of criminal prosecution, just as individuals)
