At 65nm AMDs L2 cell size is within 10% of Intels at 65nm...

So your claimed superiority for Intel is gone and thats a
major step for AMD and it will be gone for the next future.


With Rev G at ~125mm^2 and only 1MB total L2, AMD doesn't look to have taken any "major steps". And with Intel 45nm due in H207, sporting 3-6 times the L2 in 70% of the area, it looks to retain vast superiority indefinitely, wouldn't you say?
