I see reasons for concern, but I don't really see any reason to outlaw, or even strongly oppose artificial wombs. I don't think they will be common (at least not in the foreseeable future, over centuries technology and culture can change so much its possible), but they could be used in rare cases where the mother can't carry the child to term or to viability.
