I didn't ignore that part. I even mentioned it.

It started well before then. Serious burning of coal started in the 1700s. By 1870, London was a smoggy, smoky, dirty town.

Apparently, you think that the warming due to the CO2 concentration has a lag of 800 years from the time the CO2 reaches a certain concentration. What mechanism would cause that?
