Taro's not REALLY wealthy. If he was REALLY wealthy, he could afford a genuine live-in English gardener, and wouldn't have to settle for economical Mexicans.

I'd say anyone who doesn't mow their own lawn and has someone else mow it for them is wealthy. If you want to tax the rich, that would be my cutoff for what constitutes rich.

If you can afford to have someone else do YOUR personal labor, you are rich.
