JJ, OT is absolutely burdersome because it leads to more OT, including mine in the form of answers to people that don't agree. Absolutely everyone hates the consequences of OT after it lead to a multitude of other OT. Still a lot of people think one small insult is ok because it is 'deserved'. They just hate the resulting flurry of OT. It can't be both. Take responsibility like some others are doing. If the few involved don't do this and completely refrain from causing it to happen the stricter rules that a lot of people don't want will become a logical result (like e.g. my earlier proposal for two day bans for near direct insults, or even all insults, three OT's from one person per day, etc.., etc...). So basically I agree with you in case you also meant short suspensions for all violations I'm not stepping down on with longer suspensions now. Regards, Rink
