Possibly on SOI although this is less clear according to the article. I see a lot of similarity with ZRAM though that also traps a charge below a transistor using the insulator to keep it trapped. It also uses a floating body concept. In fact I think the 'history effect' that Intel is exploiting will be more limited if it doesn't make use of SOI (the history effect might leak / loose its value sooner). Lot's of open questions. Early stage development. Can somebody with more technical baggage comment on this please?

BTW, I'll try to create the proposal for the new rule covering a very large range of insults and all OT today. I have a busy schedule extenting well into the evening though. So it might be delayed till tomorrow.
