yes, of course, but ... near my neighborhood is a large public housing project, inhabited by the necessary service providers etc, and they are able to exercise their option to buy their public housing units at very reasonable and certainly below market prices, say hkd 500k for 500 square feet (hkd 1k/sqft), and after so many years (5) resell at mkt price for public housing, say currently at hkd 1.5 mil (hkd 3k/sqft immediately outside of the public housing estates are private abodes selling for hkd 10,000-12,000/sqft. the public housing folks got their abode right in said public housing by right of having been fisherman or offspring inhabiting the land before govt took the land for the greater good, and had at the time given them compensation moolah as well as abode right in newly developed public housing the public housing estate in this ocean side area is now about 15% converted to mkt price privately owned units transactable to non-public housing buyers - expect conversion to gather speed, in line with bernanke printing bernanke is creating wealth all over the world, especially hk, boosting the goodness of hk to #1 in the galaxy, bar none as far as i am concerned, it is a good thing that tiny public housing units can eventually sell at hkd 10k/sqft so, do you have a similar dynamic operating on your side of pacific ocean, or is the above particular to true freedom mountain and genuine money rock?
