SIGA - what was it 40M shares traded above $5 on the day of the smallpox news? Alot of those were lemming types reacting to the news. Here at the rat headquarters, we were buying most of our shares under $1.20. We held what seemed like worthless shares for some time. As I said earlier, I sold most of my position between $5-6. Those guys who are underwater are taking their tax loss so they can buy it back again in January. I am starting to buy their shares now. This is up a buck or more on any news. Time will tell if I am wrong or early. Baton
