<<But the clowns act like the register of deeds doesn't exist to tell all sales prices>>

???????????????????

Anyone who waits for the "register of deeds" to record sales prices has to wait many months. It took months for me to receive a new copy of my deed from the county registrar after I placed my home in a revocable trust. Local newspapers run lists of recorded real estate sales, and all of them are from several months past.

In the past week, I saw sales listed in the newspaper which were from..........JULY!!
