He's got a price on his head....and the special unit had no luck either....eventually, we will get him ...and no I don't think Iraq has substantially hindered that effort...I think he picked his spot to hide and had plenty of time to plan his hiding places to minimize his capture...

And remember, the Bush hating morons made fun of the "dead or alive" language so it would appear churlish to me to now criticize him for dialing back the rhetoric...
